SUMMER POP-UP CLASSES

July 8th - 12th 2024 (5 Day Camp)

Olympics Dance Camp (7-11yrs)

10am-3pm

During this 5 day camp students will learn about the different sports in this years Olympics, complete dance & sports themed mini-challenges each day & pick one country to study during the week for their overall camp project. Each day will include a dance warm-up & center techniques in the styles of hip hop, ballet, lyrical & jazz. Campers will break for snack, lunch & Olympic themed arts & crafts. New dance skills & choreography will be taught towards a final routine that will be filmed as a music video and sent to parents on the last day of camp!

*Priority registration ends April 2nd for currently enrolled Splitz students.

*General registration opens to all on April 3rd.

July 1st - 3rd 2024 (3 Day Camp)

& Thursday July 4th (Parade Performance)

4th of July Parade Workshop - Dance Camp (6-12yrs)

*This camp is for those specifically looking to perform in the Downtown Novato 4th of July Parade, representing Splitz Dance Academy. Parade day times will be approximately 9am-12pm.

This camp is a parade workshop where students will learn a fun, high energy dance routine to perform at our local 4th of July Parade that takes place on Grant Avenue in Downtown Novato. Each day will include a dance warm-up and center techniques in the styles of jazz, acro, lyrical & hip hop. Campers will break for snack, lunch and “Independence Day” themed arts and crafts. New dance skills and choreography will be taught throughout the week and the final routine will be on display for the whole community to see at the parade on July 4th. *Weather permitting, campers will spend time outdoors after lunchtime at the Hamilton Amphitheatre Park.
